Vinification:
After the grapes are destemmed and pressed, the must fermentation in contact with the skins lasts for 7-8 days for better extraction of color and tannins. The wine then placed in small French oak barrels for about 1 year. Before being offered for sale the wine is bottle aged for at least 6 months.
