Vinification: the grapes coming from the “Seccal” vineyard are fermented with
the intact and still slightly sweet marcs of the Amarone and
Recioto (“ripasso” – method). Thus, the alcoholic content, the
colour and the body of the wine are increased and it is then ready
for a long aging, 18 months,  in oak barrels.
