LOCATION
In the heart of the Marches, where the Esino river nourishes the fields and
the Jesi Castles stand out, wine growing tradition is thousands of years
old. Benedictine monks worked the lands to produce wine, corn and oil. Over
the centuries patriarchal families intensified these crops and progressively
obtained better results. Today the Belpoggio Estates are the perfect combination
between the virues of the land, which is particularly suitable for vine cultivation
due to its geological formation and its micro climate and the wealth of experience
brought by the farmers, who have passed down the art of vine growing through
the generations.
WINERY
The work in the wine Cellar is subject to the same care as
in the vineyard, to ensure an ideal production cycle. The transformation
of the product takes place by using hightly advanced technologies to enhance
its typical features. The process is carried out with care and enthusiasm,
right up to the tangible expression of the ageing cellar.
VINEYARDS
In the area they say that the wine is made in the vineyard; in the wine cellar
you can only teach it to present itself as well as possible. The Belpoggio
Estates have made this their motto. Eco compatible agriculture is practised,
paying the greatest attention to respecting the natural habitat.
