Color: Clear, straw yellow with greenish reflections and good consistency.
Fragrance: Intense lingers with hints of green apple, grapefruit, kiwi and
elegantly floral notes of acacia, gorse and mimosa.
Taste:



Dry, warm and discreetly supple on the palate with fresh,
flavors. Full-bodied with good balance and a lingering
aftertaste of green apple and pleasantly bitter, fresh almonds.

Food matching Ideal for serving with fish-based dishes and other less-structured fare.
