Vinification:
from the grapes from the "brolo" which are carefully selected we obtain this “Ripasso Wine”. In spring, the wine ferments a second time and macerates on the Amarone skins, which still contain plenty of sugar, flavours and aromas. Thanks to this second fermentation, the Ripasso wine becomes more full-structured, full-bodied and intense.
